The latest offering from Unilokomotive, the new Electric drive range of shunters offer zero emissions, low noise, low operating and maintenance costs and are capable of shunting large loads up to 1000 tonnes. They are ideally suited for use in both indoor and outdoor rail depots and maintenance workshops due to their versatility and ease of use with the benefits of being able to drive on both the road and rail.

The Unilok electric drive shunters are proving to be very capable machines with large shunting capacities due to the instant torque available from the electric motors and the high friction rubber wheels fitted.

The C1000e is fitted with a high-capacity battery pack that will give up to 5 working days on a single charge and can be easily charged with the onboard charging system.
